Debbie was absolutely awesome and made the process so easy as a first-time home buyer. Her communication and flexibility were outstanding throughout the whole process. She was firm in her negotiations and always kept us as a priority. She constantly made herself available for any questions and made sure we understood the options as they developed. Debbie Wold sold us our new home. She negotiated so well and worked so hard for our best interest that we are currently having her sell our cottage. Our experience with Debbie Wold was magnificent She was very professional yet she has such an uncanny way of making you feel like a friend Debbie kept us aware of what was going on when the loan company was very lacking in all communication. She was respectful towards the loan company yet she was forceful enough to get them to get the job completed Debbie is very knowledgeable and helpful I would highly recommend her.
